The CIP Saint Lucia brand is a deliberate and concerted effort to build on the Saint Lucia brand which has been made famous by Saint Lucia Tourism. In revealing the brand, Chief Executive Officer of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, Cindy Emmanuel McLean, admitted that the strategy was to tie the CIP brand into the already well established and successful Saint Lucia tourism and island perceptions. She indicated that there was also a desire to create a path that would allow current citizens and new investor citizens to understand each other.
The CIP Brand very successfully managed to tie itself to the Saint Lucia tourism brand while differentiating itself from the tourism product. While for tourism Saint Lucia is simply beautiful, for citizenship by investment Saint Lucia is simply good.
